YaST Bindings Implementation HOWTO

1) find the documentation for a given binding (yast2-pkg-bindings.rpm)

2) find the implementation for a given binding (pkg-bindings in YaST SVN)

3) check what information/action is needed

4) lookup the ZYPP implementation for the information/action

5) reimplement the bindings in svn://svn.suse.de/svn/yast/branches/tmp/lslezak/pkg-bindings

6) write a small test YCP code to check if the new implementation works properly
