SDB:Cannot enter a Password

Symptom:

After installing SuSE Linux you're trying to log in using a user name and password but this doesn't seem to function correctly.

Cause:

The password that you type is not visible on the monitor; as letters or as stars (as it is with other operating systems).

The password is invisible for security reasons.

Solution:

Just type in the password as usual.The password will be accepted even if it is not shown.
